Approach to Benham Valence is clear. All carparks are gritted and accessible.

Snow has now been cleared from the lower car park and grit has been put down.

Top of driveway is untreated and care needs to be taken

Driveway is slippery so take it easy.

Car park is full of churned up snow, so it is slippery.

**STOP PRESS** The snow plow is now in action, the above should be improved soon

7am Monday 20th December

Driveway is gritted, but is very slippery in places so take care

Top of driveway is completely untreated. If you come off the main road too fast, you will end up in the gatehouse.

Car parks are virgin snow and very slippery

No sign of promised snow plow

Take it easy and its fine.

Called security for a description of conditions.

Driveway is gritted and is fully usable in both directions

Carparks have not been gritted, there are due to break up any ice/snow in the carparks at 7am on Monday

Conditions at BV 03/12/2010 07:30

No snow overnight.

Access to Benham Valence is good, although care should be taken in case of black ice.

The driveway is clear and been gritted as have the car parks and walk ways.

Please be careful when walking down from the upper car parks as they may be icy.
